Ideas for organizational Structure and Statute

WHAT?

• Organization of and for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual, intersexual and queer people.
• The organization will be registered as a membership organization and in public benefit.

WHY

• As to challenge gay men and lesbians to work for themselves, in order to self-protect and have fun;
• As to develop a LGBT movement in Bulgaria;
• Because we can learn from and read ours' and others' mistakes;
• Because we have no scruples about the past and have an interest in LGBT organizations' past and their experience;
• As to motivate all the indifferent people;
• As to create a real activism model, and not to rely on formal existence as a tool for personal benefits;
• As to attract and persuade those who have been rejected and repulsed, for various reasons, because of past or recent developments;
• As to create acceptability among us;
• And last but not least - because we want to subvert stereotypes for and among us - we had enough of this!

WHY DO I JOIN?

• As to create a comfortable way of living of our own, our closest, and friends;
• As to live our lives as we like it and not to remain closeted;
• As to leave not "the others" to think and act instead of us;
• As to provide help of our friends and ourselves to do not remain in the closet.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

• By becoming an activist and/or co-founder of the prospective organization;
• By supporting and dispersing the idea among friends, your closest, and people you know to be interested;
• By participating actively or initiating the organizational activities.
